Purchase conditions

  • TERMS AND CONDITIONS ARE ACCEPTED WITH A CONFIRMED AGREEMENT FROM THE PURCHASER.

  • THE PURCHASER AGREES TO ADHERE TO ALL THESE COMPANY REGULATIONS WHEN PLACING AND ORDER WITH US.

 

 

 

Products are shipped at the customer’s risk, with the understanding that any legal action taken against the buyer for failing to comply with the destination country’s rules and import laws would be held in reserve.

 

To order our items and use our services, you must be at least 24 years old.

 

We are not responsible for validating the laws and requirements of the purchaser’s place of origin if they differ from ours.

 

Cancellations

Cancellations are not accepted after orders have been processed.

 

 

Shipping delays

We do not cover shipping delays caused by holidays or the delivery service provider. When we provide you with a delivery date, it’s only an estimate. Unless the delay was caused by our negligence, we are not liable for any losses or damages suffered by third parties as a result of the delay in delivering the items to you.

 

 

ORDER TRACKING

 

As soon as your order is sent, we provide you the tracking number.

Products delivery

 

With customs we have 99.5% success to USA and Canada, 99.9% success to Europe and 97% to South Africa. Even if products get seized (1%

 possibility based on our statistics through years), we cover 100% of the loss.

Resending orders

Orders are only resent if they were intercepted by customs or arrived damaged.

Customers who are not at home when the shipment is supposed to arrive or who fail to pick up the package on time from the post office will not be eligible for free reshipment of their parcel.

 

Incorrect shipping information

The order may be delivered to the wrong address or returned to the sender if the purchaser provides incorrect shipping information. As a result, we are not responsible for any order losses, financial losses, or other losses caused as a result of the misdelivery. The major reason is that, due to the discrete way of distributing our things, our shipments are non-returnable.
